Much louder than the twin sound valve system, this system is a free-flow design, ideal for drivers attending track events. This racing exhaust version is extremely lightweight, weighing just 15.3 kg (33.7 lb).
This system enhances the 8-cylinder sound and increases horsepower due to a more efficient flow throughout the exhaust system. Less restriction equals more sound and performance.
The exhaust note remains deep and throaty at low revs, but as the revs climb up, the note changes to become a very different, high pitched howl which ends up in a full-blown F1 scream. The non-valve version frees up the 430’s exhaust sound at all points in the rev range, giving you a louder, clean and gruntier sound at low revs and full race car effects at high revs. A twin sound version is also available for the Ferrari 430.
Mounting hardware, clamps, gaskets, and a special spring mount bracket are included with your purchase.
The Capristo spring-mounted system allows for secure mounting while retaining the freedom for expansion. This prevents expansion and fatigue damage to the entire exhaust system.
This spring-mounted bracket is also available in a configuration that can be used with the stock exhaust system.
Note: The open ends of the original vacuum tubes must be sealed or plugged to prevent vacuum loss.
