Suspension Geometry & Chassis Setup

We are recognised specialists in suspension geometry and chassis setup for high-performance road and race cars, with our expertise founded on championship-winning motorsport programmes. The same data-led processes, engineering discipline and attention to detail used at the highest levels of competition are applied to every Ferrari geometry setup, Lamborghini suspension alignment and McLaren wheel alignment we undertake.

Whether your goal is a finely balanced fast-road setup, a confidence-inspiring track day geometry, or an uncompromising race car alignment, our engineers tailor every setup around how you drive, how the car is used, and what you want to achieve. By combining driver feedback with precise measurement and proven motorsport methodology, we deliver geometry setups that feel natural, predictable and extremely effective.

Correct wheel alignment and suspension geometry are critical to steering feel, stability, braking performance and tyre life. Geometry can be easily disturbed by potholes, road impacts and daily driving, or by kerb strikes and high loads during circuit use. For this reason, we recommend a professional four-wheel alignment at least annually, and always when tyres or suspension components are replaced, to ensure your car continues to perform exactly as intended.

Our Motorsport-Proven Approach

Our suspension geometry work is not based on theory or generic settings — it is shaped by real-world motorsport success. We have developed, refined and validated chassis setups on winning race cars, where consistency, predictability and tyre performance are critical. This experience allows us to translate race-proven geometry principles into road and track setups that genuinely improve driver confidence and vehicle performance.

Unlike alignment-only services, our approach considers the entire chassis system: suspension movement, compliance, load transfer and driver input. Whether setting up a centre-lock GT race car or a five-stud fast-road supercar, every geometry adjustment is made with intent, understanding and measurable purpose.

Wheel Alignment, Geometry Adjustment & Inspection

Depending on the level of adjustment your vehicle allows, a four-wheel alignment will include precise control of camber, caster and toe angles. These settings can be configured to factory specification, our own SBR fast-road geometry, track-focused setups, amateur or pro-level race configurations, or a fully bespoke alignment tailored to your requirements.

A critical part of the geometry process is a detailed inspection of suspension, steering and bushing components. Excessive play or wear in any of these areas can cause geometry to shift dynamically under braking, cornering or over bumps, undermining the effectiveness of the setup. Ensuring the platform is mechanically sound allows the geometry to remain stable and deliver consistent performance.

Ride Height, Suspension Geometry & Handling Balance

Ride height is far more than a cosmetic consideration. It has a direct influence on suspension arm geometry, damper operation, spring preload and the usable range of suspension travel. Incorrect ride height can compromise grip, stability and feedback, even if alignment settings appear correct.

While some supercars offer limited or no ride height adjustment as standard, the use of coilover suspension systems from leading manufacturers such as Nitron Suspensions allows precise control over ride height and corner balance. Changes to static ride height and rake angle have a significant effect on handling balance, turn-in and traction. We have a wide range of proven fast-road and track geometry setups, and extensive experience developing race and track-focused ride height configurations.

Corner Weighting & Driver-Optimised Setup

For the ultimate chassis setup, geometry and ride height adjustments are combined with corner weighting. This process balances the vehicle front to rear and side to side by measuring the load each wheel applies to calibrated scales.

The driver’s weight is added to the vehicle during this process, and ride heights are adjusted to achieve the best possible balance with the driver in place. This can result in small side-to-side ride height differences, but ensures optimum grip, stability and predictability in all cornering scenarios. The result is a car that behaves consistently under braking, acceleration and lateral load — exactly as intended.

MODERN SUPERCAR GEOMETRY SETUPS

Advanced Systems & Modern Supercars

Modern supercars introduce additional complexity during chassis setup. Systems such as rear-wheel steering must often be electronically locked during alignment to ensure accurate geometry readings. Our factory-level diagnostic equipment allows us to correctly manage these systems during setup, ensuring precise and repeatable results.

Whether you are looking for a race car geometry setup, a McLaren alignment, a Ferrari track day geometry, or a Lamborghini fast road chassis setup, we have the equipment, experience and motorsport pedigree to deliver exceptional results.
