The panel air filter, often called the “replacement air filter,” serves as a direct substitute for the original air filter within the vehicle’s airbox. All BMC Filters are Crafted from high-performance materials, it enables superior airflow while enhancing filtration efficiency. This ensures the capture of impurities as small as 7 microns, surpassing the OEM standard of 10 microns.
The production of BMC air filters employs a cutting-edge “Full Moulding” system, allowing the iconic red filter to be fashioned from a single mould without vulnerable welded joints, thus minimising susceptibility to breakage. The rubber used in BMC air filtering systems boasts exceptional longevity, durability, and impeccable adhesion to various airbox shapes.
BMC filters consist of a multi-layered cotton gauze infused with low viscosity oil, encased in an epoxy-coated alloy mesh. This design provides protection against petrol fumes and guards against oxidation due to air humidity.
All BMC air filters are pre-oiled and can be rejuvenated by utilising the designated BMC regeneration kit, offering a sustainable and cost-effective solution.
